Where do you ship to?

We believe that everyone deserves to purchase and try our products. We ship globally!

How long does shipping take?

We strive to ship out our products in a timely manner. Shipping can take between 1-5 business days once an order is received.

How do I track my order?

Once your shipping label is created, you will be notified via email instantaneously of all tracking information pertaining to your order! It's that easy! However, if you do not receive an email with tracking information, please contact us. We will send that to you as soon as possible.

Returns

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

We apologize. All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, nor exchanges.

My item arrived damaged. What can I do?

Honey Bee Cosmetics is not liable for damaged items in transit.

Depending on the shipping provider that you chose during checkout, you might be eligible for compensation directly by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping provider you chose and ask for steps to receive a reimbursement.

My body butter melted. Am I eligible for a refund?

If your body butter arrives melted, it is due to high temperatures. However, do not fret! Your body butter still works!

All you have to do is let your body butter container sit at room temperature away from the heat. Let sit for about 2-3 hours until solidified. Then use as normal!

If you want to avoid this from happening, please refrain from ordering our body butters during the summer months.
